Yes, an English post, because I decided to look for it (the job) in Romania or any other country in the World.

So, my name is Mihail Musat, I am almost 30 and for the last year I could say that I took a Sabbatical and working mostly on these projects.

Now, I am looking for this kind of opportunities:

First priority: A job that generates a positive impact in society. It can be in an NGO, or consultancy for several NGOs, or something related to CSR in a company. Or anything else that corresponds to the above description.

Second priority: Especially if is not in the above mentioned description, to be flexible as work schedule and work location (optional telecommuting). A job that allows me to nicely balance life and work.

Third priority: Or we could even call this zero priority, because no matter the first two ones, I would like the job to be challenging.

Because any recommendation or hiring requires a CV, here is my CV (including recommendations from most of my previous jobs). It might not be the most classic one, but on request I could provide one based on the job’s requirements.

Are you interested in developing new activities to address an important issue in society?
Are you looking into improving a specific program you are already running at local or national level?
Do you want to see your current team performing at a higher level then they are doing now?
Are you lacking an experienced project manager on a specific project?
