Note: You might wonder if I am now switching only to English posts. I write these ones in English due to the Iashington experience, which was an international one. So, I’ll keep on writing in Romanian.

One year ago I started to experiment a new way of preparing and delivering “trainings”. I called them workshops though, but recently I heared that they are called Accelerated Learning Experiences.

I aimed to create such an experience that:

1. Will gather at the sessions only participants that knew for sure why are they there (I achieved this through simple promotional posts and a simple and clear application form focusing not on my needs but participant’s needs)

2. Will focus entirely on the participant – their needs and their know-how (I achieved this by creating an environment where we focused on the know-how comming from the lives of all participants, instead of just mine)
